These Terms of Service apply to the Leadorra Apps website and software products, including Leadorra Evidence Pack Builder. By using our website or software, you agree to these terms.
Software license
When you purchase a Leadorra software product, you receive a license to use the software. You are not buying ownership of the software, source code, brand, design, or intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase allows you to install and use the software for your own personal or business use.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or claim the software as your own. You may not share paid download files publicly or provide unauthorized access to the software.
Leadorra Evidence Pack Builder
Leadorra Evidence Pack Builder is a documentation tool that helps users organize photos, job details, captions, and related information into PDF reports and ZIP evidence packs.
The app can be used to help prepare organized documentation for clients, insurance jobs, property records, repairs, inspections, and internal business records.
No legal advice or guaranteed outcome
Leadorra Evidence Pack Builder does not provide legal advice. The app helps you create organized documentation, but it does not guarantee how any court, insurance company, client, property manager, agency, or other third party will review, accept, reject, or interpret your report.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information, photos, captions, job details, reports, and files you create using the software.
You are also responsible for making sure you have the right to use, store, export, print, send, or share any photos, documents, or information you include in your reports.
Photo metadata and verification details
Leadorra Evidence Pack Builder may display captured time from photo metadata when that information is available. If metadata is missing or stripped, captured time may show as missing.
File hashes, timestamps, captions, and report details are provided to help with organization and documentation, but users are responsible for reviewing exported reports before sharing or relying on them.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases may be processed through third-party checkout providers such as Gumroad. Receipts, file delivery, and purchase access may be handled through the checkout provider where the purchase was made.
Leadorra Evidence Pack Builder has a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refund requests after 7 days may not be accepted.

Updates
Leadorra Apps may update, modify, improve, or discontinue software features at any time. Launch purchases may include free v1.x updates when available.
Availability and errors
We work to provide useful and reliable software, but we do not guarantee that the website, downloads, files, or software will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every computer, file, workflow, or situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Leadorra Apps is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses related to use of the website or software. You are responsible for backing up your own files and reviewing your own reports before use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
