Yes. Leadorra Evidence Pack Builder is a Windows desktop app designed to work locally on your computer.
What does the app export?
The app exports a professional PDF evidence report and a ZIP evidence pack with organized photo folders and a manifest.json file.
What photo types are supported?
Version 1.0 supports JPG, PNG, and WebP files. HEIC, MOV, and Live Photos are not supported in v1.0.
Does it use photo captured time?
Yes, when available. Captured time is read from photo metadata only, such as EXIF/XMP. If metadata is missing or stripped, captured time will show as missing.
Does it use file timestamps if metadata is missing?
No. The app does not fall back to file timestamps because file timestamps can change when files are copied, downloaded, edited, or transferred.
Can I use this for client or insurance documentation?
Yes, it is designed to help you prepare organized photo reports for clients, insurance jobs, property records, repairs, inspections, and internal records. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee how any third party will review or accept your report.
