Leadorra (“we”, “us”) provides subscription-based software that helps local service businesses respond to missed calls and follow up with leads via SMS. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account & contact info: name, email, phone number, business name.
• Service data: call/lead metadata needed to trigger replies and follow-ups (e.g., timestamps, routing configuration).
• Message activity: delivery status and logs to help troubleshoot and improve reliability.
• Billing info: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• Provide and operate the service (missed-call text back + follow-up sequences).
• Support, troubleshooting, and improving deliverability.
• Billing, invoices, and account administration.
• Fraud prevention and security.

Data sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Leadorra (e.g., Stripe for billing, SMS/telephony providers to deliver messages) and when required by law.

Data retention

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing jonathanb@leadorra.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take protection seriously.

By using Leadorra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Leadorra provides automated SMS replies to missed calls and lead follow-up sequences. Features may change as we improve the product.

Billing

• Setup fee: $500 one-time, due before go-live. Setup is non-refundable.
• Subscription: $250/month, billed monthly after setup is completed.
• No refunds: No refunds for the current billing period once charged.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and contact details.
• Ensure you have the right to message your leads and comply with applicable laws (including SMS/telemarketing rules).
• Maintain reasonable access to systems needed for setup (business number routing, lead sources, etc.).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful messaging, spam, harassment, or content that violates regulations or third-party policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadorra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or missed opportunities.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; service may end at the end of your current billing period.
